When should I RSVP? Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31, 2026. To change your attendance or meal selection after the deadline, please contact Jonathan directly. Because our celebration is small and intimate, only guests named on the invitation may attend. Any included plus-one will appear with your online RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress codes for each event are listed on our Schedule page. The ceremony and reception are black-tie optional. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged, while suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome. Don’t forget a bathing suit for the afterparty!

Is there a theme or color scheme?

Answer

Our style is vineyard chic, featuring elegant blues and white with touches of dark green. Guests are welcome to take inspiration from the palette, but dressing in these colors is not required.

How far are the accommodations from the wedding venue? Is parking available?

Answer

Wedmore Place and Williamsburg Winery are on the same property, so most guests can walk between the hotel and our events. Some paths include gravel, but golf-cart assistance will be available for guests with mobility concerns or difficulty navigating the property in formal attire or heels. Complimentary parking is available at both locations.

Will there be food at the welcome reception and afterparty?

Answer

Yes! Light bites, hors d’oeuvres, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at both events. These will not replace a full dinner, so guests arriving early should explore the dining options on our Things to Do page.
