FAQs

Question

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

Please enjoy being present in our unplugged ceremony. During social hour and reception feel free! Just please be mindful that there will be a photographer taking pictures throughout the day.

Question

How elegant do I need to dress?

Answer

Casual formal while being comfy is our style. We know you can do better than shorts and a tank top. The venue is an indoor, and outdoor space with temperature and shaded controlled areas. But keep in consideration it is still the middle of summer and you would be moving from one building to the next. Gravel walkways are throughout the entire venue, please wear proper footwear! No need for sprained ankles that would prevent you from the dance floor!

Question

What is the Venue Like?

Answer

The Circle M City is a Western town. Complete with a chapel, saloon, livery stable, museum, jail, costume/photo booth room, and opera house, with a view of the neighboring horses and so much more! The grounds are beautiful and unique, make sure to take some time to explore!

Question

How long do I have to RSVP?

Answer

It would be helpful for you to RSVP as soon as possible but if you need to take some time to decide the last day to RSVP is June 17th.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Significant others can absolutely come! Keyword being significant, meaning committed dating relationship, engaged, or married at the time you RSVP.

Question

Are my kids invited or do I need to get a sitter?

Answer

Double-check your invitation. As much as we would love to see all the kids, unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of some close family and friends.

Question

What time do I need to arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask guests to arrive promptly between 3pm and 3:15pm. So we have plenty of time for everyone to find a seat, get settled, to have the isle cleared by 3:25 as the ceremony procession will start promptly at 3:30.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the Opera House. With the reception and dinner being held in the Livery Stable. Don't worry there will be signs and announcements to help you along the way!

Question

I'm coming in from out of town any tips of where to stay and such?

Answer

If you are coming in from out of town thank you so much! We know travel nowadays can be extremely hard so thank you for going the extra mile! (hehehe) We recommend staying in the Holiday Inn Express in Apex or Sanford. We would also recommend sharing an Airbnb with people you are comfortable with, in Apex or Sanford as well.

Question

Any food recommendations?

Answer

In the Apex area, we recommend: Mi Can Cun (Holly Springs), Salem St. Pub, McGregor Draft House, and Alpaca. In Sanford, we recommend: Fairview Dairy Bar, Tramway Diner, Davison's Steaks, and Los Charros (Broadway). A place "in the middle" S & T's Soda Shoppe (Pittsboro).

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

We recommend carpooling to save gas and space if you can. Though there will be enough parking in the gravel lot.
