What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you to please arrive at the Baker Lofts no later than 3:30pm the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the baker lofts. There will be an outdoor patio for your enjoyment.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes the Baker Lofts has ample parking available behind the building.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the reception hall?

Answer

We are unaware of any shuttle service from the hotel to the Baker Lofts. If you prefer not to drive from the hotel Uber, Lift and Cab service are available.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please contact the Bride and Groom with any dietary restrictions/allergies before March 8th.

Have you reserved a block of hotel rooms for the guests?

Answer

Yes, A block of rooms have been reserved for the wedding guests. Please contact the Courtyard by Marriott Holland Downtown at (616) 582-8500 and tell them you are with the Heller/Alvarez wedding.

Please submit your RSVP no later than March 8th.
