When will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm in afternoon with a cocktail hour and reception (read: lots of dancing!) directly to follow. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early (all are welcome earlier to explore the grounds). All wedding day events will happen on the same property - no need to travel between ceremony, cocktail hour or reception!

What is the dress style?

Answer

Cocktail attire and suits or blazers for men. We want everyone to have fun dressing up, but most importantly, to feel comfortable and be ready to dance the night away! Note for shoe-wear: there will be grass and gravel.

COVID-19

Answer

All guests must be vaccinated for this event. If you are age eligible and not vaccinated, please reach out to us and we would love to schedule a time to celebrate with you at another time. We also know that COVID concerns are evolving, we absolutely understand if you are unable to attend due to COVID/health considerations.

What about weather in November?

Answer

Our wedding is in the first week of November when the average temperature in Monroe, NY is in the 50's. The ceremony will take place outside, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoor. For all outdoor portions of the day, we will have heat lamps available! We also recommend bringing a coat for the ceremony itself.

Childcare

Answer

This will be an adult-centric event, there will be no child care or child activities. We request no babes-in-arms age children. We would be happy to connect families with children who may wish to coordinate/share childcare - just reach out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on the property (Arrow Park). We will also be coordinating shuttles for the hotels identified as such under accommodations. More details on timing of shuttles will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Arrow Park is a beautiful, large property with a lake, woods and lawn to explore. We welcome people to arrive early and explore the grounds, sit by the lake and mingle.
