WEDDING DAY SHUTTLE

April 18, 2020 4:00 pm - 10:15 pm

We reserved two 55-person passenger buses to provide wedding day transportation for our guests. Please refer to the bus schedule below for pick-up and drop-off details: 4:00 PM - two buses will pick up from the Marriott in SouthPark (2200 Rexford Rd) and take guests to Myers Park Methodist Church. Please note, if you are staying at the AC Hotel, DoubleTree, or Renaissance hotels in SouthPark, all are within short walking distance to the Marriott for you to get on the bus if you prefer not to drive. 4:30 PM - second & final bus pickup at the Marriott in SouthPark to take guests to the church. Kindly note, the ceremony starts at 5:00 PM sharp. 5:45 PM - two buses will be waiting outside of the church to take guests to Byron's SouthEnd for Cocktail Hour & Reception. 9:00 PM - first pick up from Reception to take guests back to Marriott. Buses parked on Camden Rd (to the left when you exit Byron's). 10:15 PM - second & final pick up from Reception to take guests back to Marriott.

Please note, you will need to make your reservation no later than March 27, 2020, in order to receive the discounted room rate. ***PLEASE NOTE: we have reserved two large passenger buses to pick up guests from the Marriott and take them to the church at 4:15 PM and 4:30 PM on Saturday, April 18th. If you are staying at the AC Hotel, DoubleTree, or Renaissance, the Marriott is within a short walking distance from your hotel should you choose to ride the bus.

You may book through the reservation link provided or by calling Reservations at 1-800-774-1500 and requesting to book under the Perdue-Britt wedding block to receive the discount. Please note, we have a few rooms reserved at DoubleTree for Thursday night and for Saturday night in case any guests are planning to arrive early or stay late. DoubleTree also has a limited number of 2 bedroom suites reserved for those traveling with children.
