Our closest regional airports are in La Crosse, WI (1hr 20min drive) and Madison, WI (1hr 50min drive). Flights into Madison are typically cheaper and more plentiful.
Our closest international airport is Rochester, MN only 2 hours away compared to Minneapolis (3 hours) or Chicago (4.5). It's small airport which is nice and may have cheaper/better flight options than LaCrosse or Madison.
The closest hotel that is still available (about 10 minute drive) is Country Gardens Motel in Soldiers Grove. However, they only have availability for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. Other hotels we would recommend nearby are Hickory Hill Motel in Viroqua or AmericInn in Boscobel (both about 20 minute drive). AirBnB is also plentiful in the area.
