When people call the hotel, they need to mention the group code which is " Cisek & Landon Wedding 09/08/23" in order to receive the 15% discounted rate. Your guests are also welcome to book through our website www.newhopeinnandsuites.com and use the promo code “LNBM” when searching for a room to receive the same discount. All they need to do is include the last names of the wedding party in the special request field. There's a 48 hour cancellation policy that allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the date of check in without a penalty. The hotel, DOES NOT BLOCK OR HOLD any rooms. There is only a 15% off discounted rate. ➔ Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If guests call and we are sold out there is nothing we can do. ➔ By calling the hotel directly at 215-862-5221 and mentioning the Event Name or Name-Groom’s Last Name's, a 15% Discount will automatically be applied to the current rates. ➔ Guests will get a 15% Discount off the current Normal Rate at the time they make the reservation. ➔ Guests who book 3 or more rooms will be charged at the time of booking and those reservations are charged at the time of booking and are not refundable under any circumstances. ➔ Any booking method that isn’t with our direct number: 215-862-5221 is considered third party and cannot be edited, modified, discounted, and in some cases: not able to be canceled. ➔ The Hotel has an In-House Bar and Restaurant Bar Hours: Fri-Sat 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM In-House Restaurant: Fri-Sat 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM Complimentary breakfast served: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Travel Note
There's valet parking available at the venue. However, the fee changes periodically and we aren't certain as to what that cost will be the day of our event. There are cheaper pay for parking options located two to three blocks away. One is located at W. Mechanic St & New St. The other is located W. Bridge St & N. Main St.
