Yes, dress to impress! Formal attire is requested think suits and ties for men, and long dresses or elegant cocktail dresses for women. Bridesmaids will be wearing black dresses. Please note: our ceremony may be held outdoors weather permitting, so we suggest dressing warmly or bringing a jacket. A coat check will be available inside!
Complimentary valet hotel parking is available to guests staying overnight at The Reeds. Valet parking is available to all additional guests based on lot availability at a rate of $15 per car. Public parking is also available for free around the hotel in downtown Stone Harbor due to it being the off season!
We have until noon of our wedding day to decide on the ceremony location. Weather permitting the ceremony would be outside on the back patio of the hotel overlooking the bay. The Reeds provides heat lamps, however we suggest wearing whatever you may need to stay warm. If the weather is too cold, the ceremony will be inside of The Reeds ballroom which will also be where our reception will be held.
You will be directed to our cocktail hour inside of the hotel.
For the reception, of course! Just bring cash to tip the bartenders. For the after party, we’ve got food covered. Please bring cash or card for drinks if you want to keep the party going!
Since all events are at the hotel, no additional transportation is needed. If you’re staying off-site, parking is available at the hotel.
