The ceremony will start at 6 pm sharp. Please arrive no later than 5:45 allowing time to get seated.
Yes. However the bridge may be hard to manipulate. If you think you may need assistance, please let us know beforehand. The venue does provide golf cart transportation to those in need.
Please have all RSVP’s done by March 1st. Otherwise, please plan on bringing a chair and a sandwich. We will be turning in a final count to our venue by March 2nd.

While we wish for everyone to be comfortable, please remember this is a semi-formal affair. While planning your attire, take in to consideration that the ceremony will be outdoors, and some uphill walking will be required. We would recommend wearing shoes you are comfortable in.
We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at the Convention Center. They have a great nightly rate, and you might even find some extended party time after the reception with the couple.
No, you will be required to provide your own transportation.
Yes, there will be an open bar. We will be serving beer, wine, and of course a champagne toast.

Yes. However, we ask that you stay seated as to not get in the photographers way. Also, we request no flash to be used. Flash from your personal device risks messing with lighting of our professional photographers images.
