FAQs

Question

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

If you want the easiest trip, fly into Da Nang International Airport (code: DAD). The wedding resort is 20 minutes away by GRAB (Taxi).

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

The weather will be "warm" at about 80 F with mid to high humidity. The ocean air should help and March is a good time to travel to Da Nang. The chance of rain in March should be low, but packing an umbrella and/or rain poncho is highly recommended. Waterproof shoes (or CROCs/rubber sandals) are a local favorite.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Smart casual to semi-formal is more than enough. Be comfortable and don't worry about how you look! We're excited to see YOU not your wardrobe :)

For US passport holders, YES! But the process is easy: VIETNAM TOURIST E-VISA (US PASSPORT) — STEP-BY-STEP 1) APPLY FOR YOUR E-VISA (about 10–15 minutes) - Go to the official Vietnam Immigration e-visa site: evisa.gov.vn (Same system also at evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn) - Click: “For foreigners” → “E-visa issuance.” - Upload: • Passport bio page (clear photo/scan) • Portrait photo (white background; ~2x2in / 4x6cm; JPG/JPEG; small file size) - Choose visa type: Single-entry ($25) or Multiple-entry ($50), valid up to 90 days. - Pay online (non-refundable). - Processing time: usually 3–5 business days. You’ll download a PDF when approved. PRINT IT. 2) PREP BEFORE YOU FLY - Passport: valid at least 6 months beyond your exit date + 2 blank pages. - Printed e-visa: verify your name, passport number, dates, and PORT OF ENTRY. - Port of entry: pick an e-visa-eligible checkpoint (e.g., SGN/Tan Son Nhat – Ho Chi Minh City; HAN/Noi Bai – Hanoi; DAD/Da Nang; major land/sea checkpoints). - Have your return/onward ticket and first hotel address handy (airlines/immigration may ask).
