SHINE 2022 The SHINE® St. Petersburg Mural Festival returns for its eighth year, October 14-23, 2022. The internationally recognized street art festival will bring 17 new murals to the art districts and surrounding neighborhoods of St. Petersburg’s downtown. The curated event features some of the most highly respected local, national, and international muralists. The artists are given full creative expression to use the walls as canvas, illuminating the power of art in public spaces.
