Biking by the seaside is a great morning or afternoon activity!
Some great coffee spots are Kalei, and Cafe Younes (both of which have several branches).
Beirut
Byblos is one of the oldest inhabited port cities in the world, located 40 minutes away from Beirut. It is a great half-day or full-day event. Try some of their iconic restaurants by the sea and take a stroll around the old bustling streets.
Spend a day or afternoon at the Beach. Located about 35-40 minutes from Beirut. It is about $10/person to enjoy a resort day or half-day. There is a pool located right of the seaside.
Visit the Cedars. A full-day event. About a 2.5 hour drive one way. But, definitely worth strolling through the old paths under the great cedar trees.

Visit the seaside of Tyre. Jesus actually walked on the beach in Tyre! (Matthew 15:21). Also, stop by the water castle in Sidon on the way there.
