How do I RSVP?

RSVP through this website, if you go to the RSVP tab and start typing in your name it will pop up.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st so we can give an accurate headcount to our vendors. If you need to modify your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is free onsite parking at the event hall.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at a few different hotels a short distance from the event hall. Please click on the Travel tab to see which hotels. The deadline to book with the hotel block is September 23rd.

Is there a dress code?

Semi Casual Attire: casual dresses, skirts, slacks, polo shirts

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones will be marked on your invitation and will be shown when you RSVP. If you have a question, please reach out to us directly!

Yes! Kids are welcome to our celebration. For those with kids, it will be marked on your invitation and will be shown when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

What type of food will be served?

Dinner will include a buffet of an assortment of BBQ food. If you have a concern about dietary restrictions, please reach out to us directly.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have an open bar that includes: Water, soft drinks, beer, and wine. If you are looking for personal or other varieties not listed you may bring it yourself but it must be kept behind the bar.
