What is the RSVP cutoff date?

Our RSVP cutoff date is September 1st. Please ensure you respond by this date, as we will consider any outstanding responses as a decline and we will not have extra seating. To guarantee your spot and seating, kindly submit your RSVP before the deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue between 5:00 and 5:15 PM. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat, greet other guests, and be comfortably settled before our 5:30 PM ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants. Please no t-shirts, jeans, or anything white. Think whimsical forest party!

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event!

We will provide an open bar featuring a diverse selection of wines, beers, and spirits. To ensure the safety and quality of our event, outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Yes, convenient parking is available for the ceremony, ensuring a stress-free arrival for our guests

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of rain, our ceremony will move indoors if there are heavy downpours. For light rain, we plan to continue the celebration outside, so we recommend guests come prepared with appropriate attire and umbrellas.
