You can book directly through the link on our travel page. This link will take you directly to our room block. Through the link on our travel page you will be able to book your room and transportation. Rooms must be booked through our room block, but flights may be booked on your own.
Since we will be travelling to the Domincan Republic, passports are required. Please make sure you apply for your passport 3-5 months prior to travelling, as sometimes it can take a while to receive. If you already have a passport, please ensure it does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates, as sometimes they will not allow you to travel if it does.

The quickest way to get in touch with them is through email Groups@HereAndAwayTravel.com. We ask that you do not contact the bride and groom directly with questions about travel.
We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. We do not expect everyone to wear anything too formal, just dress up as much as you feel comfortable! Since we do want this to be a semi-formal event, we ask that you do not wear jeans, or anything too short and revealing. Also, this goes without saying, but please do not wear white.
As much as we would love to be able to invite everyone, unfortunately, we have a strict guest count we need to stick to. Unless you have a plus one listed on your invitation we will not be able to accommodate for extra guests.
Please go to our RSVP tab at the top of our website, and type in your name. It will automatically pull up everyone listed on your invitation and you can chose to RSVP for yourself or for everyone. We do ask that everyone RSVP's before our deadline (coming soon), as we have to report final numbers to our venue. If we do not receive your RSVP, we will assume you cannot make it.
While we love your kiddos, we really do, our wedding will be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the wedding. Unless your children are listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that you do not bring them along.
Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Our ceremony will take place right on the beach, and our reception will be in a garden overlooking the ocean.
We ask that no one takes any photos or videos during our ceremony. We will have a photographer there to capture all of the memories, and we promise that once we receive our gallery, we will send it out to all of you to have. With this, we also ask that you do not post any parts of our wedding on social media before we do.
The dates for the room block are May 23rd-May 28th! There is only a 3 night minimum when booking within our block, so you do not need to stay the full 5 nights if you do not want to!
Rooms must be booked and fully paid for by January 5th, 2026! If you need to book after January 5th, you can but room availability will not be guaranteed.
