Tasha was born and raised in Verndale/Wadena MN. I was born and raised in Minneapolis area. Tasha's aunt and my mom worked together. One summer just before 8th grade, Tasha was in town visiting her aunt, JoAnne (and family). My mom and JoAnne thought it would be a great idea to set up Tasha and I to meet. Neither of us wanted to meet one another and tried to get out of it. That day came and the next thing we know we had a sleepover, watched lifetime movies and ate cookie dough all night. The rest is history. We've been long distance best friends since 2001. Memories are endless. Her family is my family and vice versa. She's my sister <3

Ashley & I met 7 years ago via mutual friends while attending High Plains Festival in Detroit Lakes MN. Our initial encounter was cordial, but short. The next time we met, was just four friends floating down the Ottertail River. It was like we'd known each other our entire lives. Ashley & I have been very close since that day. Many memories past, present, & many more to make! Ashley is a beautiful woman inside and out. I'm so grateful to have her by my side.

Janelle "Maple Tree" Wollak, oops, Schleppenbach ;) What in the world can I say? Best friends in elementary school and turned into sisters! We've had a journey of emotions - high and low - and I wouldn't trade it for anything. From our matching "Britney Spears" skirts for our dual birthday party, late night chat rooms, soccer/softball, and all the many memories since. I'm happy to call you my sister! I love you lady.
