Bride
Hi Everyone!, We are so excited to see all of your faces on September 4th as we celebrate our union. This experience has been very rewarding and we can't wait to share it with you. Until then, it would be remiss of me if I didn't acknowledge the women who have always been there for me along my journey. I chose to tell you, in my own words, how special all of these women are and what they have meant to me.

Hello Everyone, We can't wait to see you all on our special day! In the meantime, I would like to introduce to the men who will be standing behind me on September 4. Line brothers, fraternity brothers, and best friends -I couldn't ask for a better group of Groomsmen. I decided to have them tell you one of their best or funniest memories of our adventures together; I hope they don't disappoint.

What I love most about Breana is how loving and funny she is. We can be sitting in the same room together, neither of us saying anything, and randomly bust out laughing. Bre and I used to entertain ourselves with the most random games and jokes as kids. She's now a mommy and I get to watch her raise her three beautiful children.

Best Memory With The Groom? I've known Holston since we were Freshman at UNC, so needless to say there are countless memories to choose from. My fondest memory would have to be from my law school graduation, where Holston decided to not only attend, but stay and help my uncle and I move all of my things from Milwaukee to Los Angeles. Driving a UHaul 2000+ miles across the center of America on 8 hour shifts while towing a car isn't something most would sign up for, but I knew I could always count on my brother to come through in the clutch. That trip certainly ranks high on our list of things to never do again.

We met in 6th grade, but became very close in 7th/8th grade. Somehow our parents agreed to let us have our first sleepover with each other was a family vacation in Orlando. From that moment it was an ongoing "ask your mama if..." dynamic to catch rides, spend the night, or go to some family function for the other person. DaVaris is my memory keeper, manifestation coach, and guru on all things random.

Funniest Memory With The Groom? Our freshman year of college, we were going to our first probate. We were running late because we were both in gospel choir and had a concert that same day, so we literally sprinted across campus following our performance. As we arrived to the location of the probate, which was held at an outdoor theater, we weren’t sure where to enter. The entrance we initially chose to enter ended up being the back of house for the theater. We didn’t realize until we were literally steps away from the stage that this was in fact the worst place for us to enter. Luckily, we caught ourselves in time and did not run out on the stage during the probate. I’m not too sure how that would have ended haha.

My ride or die since the 6th grade! I appreciate Melissa for adopting me in middle school, as I was lost and really trying to find that friend group. She was very energetic, and her infectious laugh and personality was so fun to be around. We've been connected ever since and literally watched each other grow up (awkwardly, but we finally found our way).

Best Memory With The Groom? There are so many great memories that it's hard to pick only one. Holston and I met at UNC freshman year, and he has always been down for a good roadtrip. Whether that be piling into a car to drive to Panama City beach for Spring break, or convincing him to buy a random flight to Dubai when the airline fares glitched one Christmas Day. I can always count on him to be there with me as we take on the world. Wishing him and Amber all the best on their special day, and hoping she will join us on the next adventure.

The way she tells it, I was mean to her when we first met. The reality is, I admired how dope Dominique was and saw how effortlessly she led in the workplace. I'm so blessed she was just down the hall for me for 5 years. I probably spent most of my freetime at work in her room either cutting up or venting. I'm so happy I convinced her to move in with me. It really helped us grow as friends. She's the Issa to my Molly!

Funniest Memory With The Groom? I have many memories of Holston. But I think one of my favorites was when he created his alter ego, JHeuax the Juice Man, one summer. That summer I had never seen Holst so in his bag. He was moving TOTALLY different. JHeaux the JuMan would pull up to the club and buy out the bar. He started wearing designer clothes and stunting on me and his other LBs. Had enough confidence to approach any woman. Never thought I'd see the day where Holst was flexin on me and Wiz. But J Heaux the Juice Man couldn't be stopped. Glad he's vanished forever. Congrats on your union brother! 42Holst has not replaced JHeaux the JuMan.

Neither of us are really sure how we met. I just remember Courtney being the other roommate in Suite/Club 216 where I spent a chunk of my time junior year at Winthrop. Courtney's maturity, wisdom, and spiritual guidance have always supported me when I needed it most. She's hilarious, well traveled, and peak bougie auntie.

Best Memory With The Groom? Hmmm well it was Winthrop's Homecoming weekend and I invited Holston to one of the parties we were having that Friday night. Prior to the party I told Holston that one of my friends; Amber, was hosting a pregame and we were going to go there beforehand. So, we pulled up to Amber's and I introduced Holston to a couple of people and Amber. Then we went on to join the festivities. Later that night, Holston was like bro I need her. I am going to shoot my shot. So, I gave him her IG and it was go time! Amber did try to play hard to get at first, but eventually she gave him the opportunity and well you all see where we are now.

#boss, life of the party, you name it, Porscha's leading it! She constantly inspires those around her to manifest and build they life they deserve. I'm so happy to have her by my side on this important day for Jonathan and I. She was a guiding factor in connecting us together.

Best Memory With The Groom? There are countless memories to choose from, as Jonathan and I were roommates in CLT for two years. One memory that describes our relationship the best was back in 2016 when we were going through a phase of pranking each other. Every household prank you can think of, we did it to each other. However, I think I got the last laugh when UNC men's basketball team lost in the NCAA Championship game. I decorated Holston's room with Jordan crying face memes and printouts of the end of the game score. After he tore down all of the printouts that I put up, there was one left that he did not find till much later, which I had put under his toilet seat. I've always loved Jonathan's sense of humor, and I miss the days of just staying up late and laughing all night.
