Deadline to RSVP is 8/30/25. Multiple reminder texts will be sent to guests prior to the deadline. Guests who have not responded by the deadline will be contacted personally by the bride, groom, or one of their family members to confirm their expected attendance / declination. ** We are required to give final guest count numbers to all vendors by 9/5/25. If you have not RSVPed on Zola or otherwise informed the bride/groom/coupleās parents of your response by 9/5/25 at 12 pm EST, your attendance will not be expected. There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. However, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party at Bar Genevieve as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Yes, a 45 minute cocktail hour will ensue following the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 pm, guest seating for dinner will begin at 5:45 pm., and dinner will begin around 6:00 pm.
In the case of hot weather, we'll be providing sunscreen, hand fans and ice water during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings. In the case of rainy weather, guests are encouraged to bring umbrellas. ** September nights tend to be chilly in Louisville, so female guests are encouraged to being a wrap or jacket to stay warm if needed. **
