Flight

Malaga / Gibraltar

If you're coming from overseas, your best bet is to fly to Malaga, either direct or through Lisbon (Portugal) or Paris (France). Other local airports include Seville and Jerez which are 1 to 1.5 hours drive away and cars can be hired on arrival. For those flying from the UK another option is to fly directly to Gibraltar from Manchester, London and Bristol and then hop over the border into Spain. It's only 20 minutes to Sotogrande from there.

Rental Car

Rent a Car to Sotogrande

Renting a car is the best way to get around in Andalucia. Just make sure you have your passport, an international driving permit before coming if you don't hold a driving license issued by an EU country and a credit card. Prices are typically €19/day to rent a car. We recommend looking on doyouspain.com. If you're flying into Malaga airport, look into Bahia Sexi Ren a Car, Yellow Car, Fetajo Rent a Car, CarGest.

Flight

Fly to Lisbon or Madrid and Roadtrip to Sotogrande

Another great option is to fly into Madrid or Lisbon and roadtrip to Sotogrande! If you fly into Lisbon, you can drive 2.5 hours to the Algarve coast, visit Portimao, Albufeira, Faro and the many incredible beaches around the area. From Faro it's only a 2 hour drive to Seville, we always stop there for lunch, and then head to Sotogrande after which is only 2 hours away. If you fly into Madrid, you can visit Toledo, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada, Segovia, Iznajar and many more beautiful spots along the way to Sotogrande.
