Is their a minimum amount of nights I have to stay at the Rockhouse?

Answer

Yes, there is a 3 night minimum and you are more than welcome to stay longer!!

Is there a discount?

Answer

Yes since you all are so special we have 2 options! We have 10% off the total if you stay for 3 nights or 25% off the total if you stay 4 nights or more! ( which is practically the 4th night free! )

How will I get to the hotel?

Answer

The hotel uses their own trusted shuttle company! Simply let them know what flight you are on and they will schedule your shuttle transportation!

What airport do I fly too?

Answer

We fly to the Montego Bay airport and then take the shuttle bus to Negril!

How long is the ride to the hotel?

Answer

About 1 and 1/2 hours! We know it’s on the longer side but we promise it is worth the wait! This will be an experience like no other!

How do I get back to the airport after my stay?

Answer

The hotel has their own company used for all their transportation and you just tell them when and what time and they will schedule it all for you!

How much is the transportation to the airport?

Answer

It is 120 for a trip up to 4 people, then for any additional person it is 30 dollars a person! There are options for cars, mini bus or up to 22 people! So depending on everyone’s arrival and departure time the hotel will coordinate!

You can! Or you can just put it on your room charge that you will go over at checkout!

Is the hotel all inclusive?

Answer

It is not all inclusive but the prices are reasonable! Especially for fresh local farmed and organic food! The food (and drinks) are way better than any all inclusive!

Do I have to carry cash or my card around to pay?

No! Anything you buy at the gift shop, restaurant or bar can all be put on your room!

There are 2 restaurants and 1 pool bar!
