Question

How will the Venue be Sanitized

Answer

The Biltmore will be using an Isoklean Electrostatic Sanitizing Spray and Fogger at our venues NanoSeptic self-cleaning push pads and handle wraps (https://www.nanoseptic.com/) have be installed on high traffic door handles and restroom doors.

What protocols do you have in place during this Covid time period?

Answer

Temperatures of all staff members will be taken on arrival. Event spaces will be thoroughly detailed before each event, including tables, chairs, satellite bars, and any other venue-provided equipment Hand sanitizing stations to be placed at entry & throughout the venues Single use plasticware with plenty of receptacles for disposal Plexi glass partitions will be set up on all of the bars fresh lemon juice, lime juice, grenadine, and olive juice rather than cut fruit/olives/cherries as garnish. Cocktail napkins will be provided upon request Each bartender will be provided with a sealed, pre-sanitized “bar kit” of service tools (pour spouts/wine opener/ice scoop…etc) Ice for bar service will be presented to each bartender at the beginning of each event in pre-sanitized containers covered, and replaced as needed with a fresh, covered batch all high-contact surfaces will be sanitized throughout the event – i.e. restrooms, door handles, bar surface, cocktail table surfaces, etc.

Are masks required?

Answer

All of our staff and vendors will be wearing masks and gloves at all times (in addition to stringent hand-washing protocols). We do ask that guests wear masks when near a group of people outside of their household. Should the rate of Covid infections slows down , we will revisit this ask. Our goal is to keep everyone safe & healthy while celebrating with us.

Answer

Yes, there will an open bar available during cocktail hour & the reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our guest list is limited as we'd like to stay within budget and create a socially distant, safe environment for our guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones if they are not included in the invitation.

Your wedding is downtown, do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

You will be given a parking voucher to cover the cost of parking. Please park in the AT&T deck on the corner of 5th Street and West Peachtree Street for the voucher to work.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both are at the same venue- The Biltmore Ballrooms, midtown Atlanta.

Both will be indoors

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, only kids in the wedding party will be at the wedding.

Do I have to take a Covid Test before attending?

Answer

Yes - in order for us all to have a SAFE & fun time we are asking guests to submit a copy of their negative test results via text to the bride or groom no later than 2pm on April 17th.
