When should I RSVP by?

December 1, 2024 (if you would to participate in the Group Rate, please rsvp by October 4, 2024)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Garden chic style with light spring colors. We kindly request no sandals, no linen pants, and no hats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that only those listed on your invitation be in attendance.

Can I bring a plus-one to the wedding even if they weren’t included in the original invitation?

Answer

We understand that new love is something special, and we would be delighted for you to share our joyous day with your partner. Please be mindful and let us know of your plans so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Kindly note that any new arrangements CANNOT be made within 6 months prior to the wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the morning after the ceremony, the Bride & Groom ask that you join them for breakfast by the beach. Details to be determined.

Is a deposit required to participate in the Group Room Rate?

Answer

Yes, you are required to put down a non-refundable deposit. $100 per person. This will be set up directly with the Travel Agent

How should I let the couple know of my plans if I wish to join the Group Room Rate?

Answer

Please send Rachel Daumy or Sarah Miranda a message that you have decided to join the Group Room Rate, along with the suite you wish to reserve and the dates of your stay so the rooms can be blocked (Reservations can be modify with the Travel Agent directly)

Will there be a designated travel agent available for inquiries regarding room arrangements?

Do I have to join the Group Room Rate?

Answer

Participation in the Group Room Rate is not mandatory. However, it's important for the Bride & Groom to be informed of your plans so they can advise their wedding coordinator accordingly.
