This is a black-tie event, and we can’t wait to get dressed up and celebrate with you! For men, black or dark grey suits and black tuxes are perfect. For ladies, full-length gowns are encouraged. Feel free to have fun with colors and patterns—it is spring, after all! The wedding ceremony will be on grass, so plan your shoes accordingly!
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with those who are able to join us on our special day.
We’ll be offering bus transportation to and from the wedding venue for anyone who prefers not to drive. If you’d like to take the shuttle, please indicate this when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly! Shuttle Schedule: 4:00 PM – Shuttles depart from Turlock to Carter Valley Ranch. Please plan to arrive early, as shuttles will depart promptly and cannot wait. Return trips from the venue to Turlock: 8:30 PM 10:30 PM 12:00 AM
Driving and parking at the wedding venue is absolutely allowed—the shuttle is optional. Please note that due to the remote location of Carter Valley Ranch, Uber and Lyft are not available, so plan your transportation accordingly.
