FAQs

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, so being on time is greatly appreciated!

Question

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning, only those listed on your RSVP are invited. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

Although we love your children, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for a night of dinner, drinks, and dancing! We hope this doesn't create a hassle for you!

Question

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. We encourage stylish, polished outfits and shoes suitable for an evening of dancing and celebration.

Question

Can I Take Pictures/Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. At the start of the ceremony, we’ll have a quick “Media Minute”—a chance for everyone to take out their phones and snap all the photos and videos they’d like! Once the minute is up, we’ll invite you to put your devices away and join us in enjoying the unplugged experience. After the ceremony, feel free to capture and share all the photos and videos you’d like—we’d love to see them!

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP no later than January 10th so we may plan accordingly! To submit your response visit the RSVP section of this website. Please reach out to Jon or Vanessa if you have any questions or issues with the RSVP process.

Question

Is There Parking Available?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! There is limited parking in the venue lot, with additional street parking nearby. To help everyone start the day stress-free, we encourage carpooling whenever possible. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

Question

Will Food And Drinks Be Provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have light bites and drinks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner during the reception. An open bar will be available with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. While tipping the bar staff is not expected, it is greatly appreciated.
