Arrival Information

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15 PM to be comfortably seated before the ceremony. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM and venue doors will close at 4:25 PM for the bride's entrance. Late entry will not be permitted until after the ceremony. Please note that venue doors will not open until 4:00 PM to allow privacy for our first look. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality as we begin this special moment together.

Dress Code

Answer

Men are asked to wear a dress shirt and tie, sport coat, or suit. Ladies are asked to wear a midi, tea-length, or floor-length dress. All wedding events will be held indoors.

Our venue offers ample on-site parking, and we will provide complimentary valet service to ensure your convenience.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are officially at fire marshal levels of crowded!! Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on the invitation and under the RSVP section of our website. If you think there has been an error, please reach out to Sarah ASAP!

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please let us know in advance by reaching out to Sarah via text at 304-888-3663 by October 30, 2026, or by listing it with your RSVP on our website.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Please silence all cell phones and keep them tucked away throughout the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment and will be happy to share those photos with you afterward. Guests are encouraged to take photos during the reception! Please upload any reception photos to our shared drive using the QR code provided in your program.
