Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels (s)?

Answer

There is a shuttle for guest staying at our room block. You must notify the Sandy or Jon if you are booked in our room blocks and need shuttling. Please let us know when by February 28,2026 if possible. The last shuttle for ceremony will leave at 2:15 pm due to 3pm ceremony. We are currently planning on shuttling at 9pm, 10pm and 11 pm ish for our guests.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are currently planning on having the wedding outdoors pending the weather. So recommended to dress for 40/50 degree weather. Again, it will be dependent on weather if it is indoors or outdoors for our 30 minute ceremony. Reception is fully indoors.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will be having a buffet style catering from a local barbeque restaurant. Please notify Sandy or Jon - if you have any specific allergies or dietary request.
