Shuttle / Uber Situation

Wedding Week!! 🎉 We wanted to share some important info for everyone. Hotel Details Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM (call ahead to see if early check-in is possible). The hotel is a dry hotel — please bring your own beverages for before/after the wedding. The wedding party is not staying at the hotel, but we’ve confirmed that guests are welcome to hang out and drink in the lobby areas. Shuttle to the Venue The ride is about 13 minutes. Two shuttles from the hotel → venue: • 1st shuttle - 3:45 PM (arrives a bit early — thank you to anyone willing to take this one 🙏) • 2nd and last shuttle - 4:30 PM Ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Weather permitting, the outdoor area is lovely to relax in. Lemonade will be available; alcohol starts at cocktail hour. But Feel free to bring a hard bevvy with you to enjoy before if you came on the first bus! Shuttle Back to Hotel Last song is at 11:00 PM. Return shuttles: • 10:45 PM (early departure option) • 11:35 PM • 12:15 AM (last bus) Please Note that Ubers are very difficult to get in this area. If any are available, wait times could be quite long. We strongly encourage guests to take the shuttle so you don’t get trapped anywhere.
