New Belgium Brewing Company
Free + beer. Our two favorite things! We've toured this brewery a few times and love it every time! Learn about the history of their beer, how they make it, and sample a few along the way! We would recommend booking at least 2 months in advance as these tours are popular!
Lookout Trail
One of our favorites hikes to do as we leave Asheville. Approximately 10-15 minutes from the wedding venue and nearby rentals.
River Arts District
One of our favorite day activities in Asheville! Along the riverbank of the French Broad, spend an afternoon walking through former industrial warehouses now filled with hundreds of working artist studios. Watch a live exhibit or get hands-on with one of the many immersive programs available. You'll also find this neighborhood is home to some of Asheville's most popular restaurants and a brewery (The Wedge), perfect for a pit stop in between galleries.
Biltmore
From a historic house, to a winery tour + tasting, to tons of hiking trails & restaurants - Biltmore has it all! In the past, we've loved touring the house, then going to the winery for some free samples, and finishing the day in Antler Village at Cedric's for dinner!
Downtown Black Mountain
If you have the time, we recommend walking around Downtown Black Mountain to see local art galleries, breweries, and shops. Black Mountain Brewing is one of our favorites in the area.
