For transportation from Reno Airport to South Lake Tahoe, you can book a shuttle here: https://southtahoeairporter.com There are a ton of hotels and rentals (AirBnb, Vrbo etc) in the area. The venue also offers the 2 below resort options at a discounted rate for anyone coming for the wedding. Lakeland Village is the most affordable resort option and comparable to AirBnb. There will be a shuttle to and from the wedding venue from Lakeland (see below details) and the day after beach BBQ will be at their private beach. They have homes ranging from studios to 4+ bedrooms and their shuttles to town run all summer. More details and pictures can be found at skiheavenly.com on their Lodging page. Shuttle from Lakeland Village to Aerial Tram

August 13, 2022 4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Shuttles will be provided to bring guests from Lakeland Village to the ceremony, arriving at 4pm and leaving once full. Please arrive as close to 4pm as possible. The shuttles will also be provided from 10:45-11:45pm to bring guests back to Lakeland Village. Uber, Lyft, and many taxi services are available in the area as well. We want you to enjoy the open bar without worrying about driving! If you are not staying at Lakeland Village and there is a long wait time for an Uber/Lyft/Taxi you are welcome to take the shuttle back to Lakeland Village to order one and wait from there as there is not a lobby at the bottom of the Tram to wait from.
