Where should traveling guests stay?

We will have rooms available at a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn at 8520 University Executive Park Drive, Charlotte NC 28262. Please refer to the Travel section on the drop down bar, to book your hotel stay.

Will the hotel provide a shuttle service?

Yes, they will take you to and from the wedding.

Dress code?

Answer

Semi formal / cocktail attire. No jeans, no t-shirts. Our wedding colors are emerald green and gold, so please avoid wearing those colors.

Who is catering?

Answer

Tin Kitchen food truck. They will provide appetizers during the cocktail hour, and dinner services later. Their menu does include vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Can I bring an extra guest?

If your invitation did not include “and guest”, then no. Please be considerate and see what is on your invitation.

Will the ceremony be an “unplugged” ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We are making it very clear that our ceremony will be an “unplugged ceremony”, which means no cellphones (noises, calls, even pictures) are allowed during it. We ask you to please be considerate of our wishes.
