The venue is 15-20 minutes outside Downtown Annapolis. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttles will arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown (174 West St, Annapolis, MD 21401) at 3:00pm and will depart no later than 3:20pm. The same shuttles will depart from the venue following the reception and drop guests off at the Hilton Garden Inn. One shuttle will arrive at 9:00pm for any guests who would like an early departure and then will return to the venue at 10:00pm for the conclusion.
Yes! The venue offers plenty of parking for guests who prefer to drive.
The dress code is "garden formal" attire. Ladies can wear floor-length dresses, tea-length dresses, midi formal dresses, or a formal jumpsuit. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the garden of Historic London Town (please choose footwear accordingly).
Annapolis is known for mild to hot summers. We expect the weather to be in the upper 70s - mid 80s.
To allow our guests to be fully present with us, we ask that you do not use your phones or take pictures/videos during the ceremony. A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing these moments, and we would be upset for any well-intentioned guest’s phone to block their views. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
We decided to allow children from immediate family only. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this evening as a well-deserved night out!
