One day in 2015, my 21yr. old self, and 22yr. old Jon arrived at work at Fresco Restaurant for our respective jobs. Jon was a cook in the back of house, while I was a host in the front. While we did cross paths during our shifts, we didn't really speak to one another. Thanks to our mutual friend - Jon's sister Beth - that would change, and the rest as they say, would become history. The last three years have been busy for us - On September 13th, 2020 we adopted Leila. On April 15, 2021 we bought our first house and on December 10th, 2022 we got engaged. In 2023, Jon started a new job at Exact Sciences and in the Spring of 2024 Helene returned to school to finish her Associates degree. But our next milestone is by far the biggest and we can't wait to share that moment with all of you!
