Gates open at 4:00. Ceremony at 4:30. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00. Dinner at 6:00. Music, dancing, and continued merriment at Alex's Bar from 8:00 onward.

An outdoor wedding in December?

Answer

We might be crazy. But Glenna loves the Winter Solstice and Jon loves Glenna. There will be heaters and we will be inside by 8 pm, but you should definitely dress warmly.

What if it rains?

Answer

We are told this is good luck, and we will make the best of it. In the event of rain, we will pick up our plates and walk to Alex's early. It will make for a good story.

How far away is Alex's Bar from Heritage Farm?

About 50 yards. And we promise, it doesn't disappoint.

Is there a dress code?

Nope. But dress warmly for dinner and make sure your shoes can handle gravel beneath the dining table.

Where should I book a hotel?

Answer

The venue is in East Long Beach, so nearby hotels are (let's face it) sketchy. We recommend you consider hotels either downtown or near the airport, both of which are about 15 minutes away.

Where do I park?

Street parking is available. Uber and Lyft are encouraged. If you require special accommodation, please let us know so we can reserve a parking spot for you at Alex's.

Who is Ryan Langley?

Answer

He is our good friend and is turning 50 on our wedding day. We are crashing his birthday party at Alex's after dinner, with a hosted bar, dancing, and live music. All wedding guests are welcome. Please shower him with love and well wishes!
