Are there any other events that I should know about?

How should I dress?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be in a grassy pasture, and the reception will be inside. Make sure any heels are thick enough for grass. Dancing will be under a pavilion outside, so bring your dancing shoes! There will also be a bonfire nearby! Colorado evenings can get a bit chilly, so you might want to pack your jacket, too.

Altitude Concerns?

Answer

Since we're at a higher elevation, be sure to drink lots of water to mitigate any potential altitude sickness. You might also want to pack some Dramamine if you are prone to motion sickness.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4pm. We'd ask you arrive by 3:45pm to find your seat in the pasture before the ceremony!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've worked with a local chef to include a number of food options. Just ask the staff if you have any specific allergies, and they can direct you accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle between The Element hotel and our venue, scheduled for every hour on the day of the wedding.
