What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be black-tie optional. The ceremony will be held on a golf course...women should keep this in mind regarding shoes!

Will your wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Our reception will be inside.

Question

Will your Welcome Party on Friday night be inside or outside?

Answer

Our Welcome Party will be held outside under a tent. Fire pits will be provided, however, a jacket may be recommended!

Can my children come to the events throughout the weekend?

Answer

No - all of our events are for adults only.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle servie that will transport all guests from the main lobby of the Cheynne Mountain Resort down to the golf course ceremony setting beginning at 3:45pm. The shuttles will pick all guests up after the ceremony and drive you to the cocktail hour back at the resort.

If I'm coming in from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

You are able to book rooms at our discounted rate at the Cheynne Mountain Resort, where the ceremony and reception will be held. Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

If you fly into Denver, yes! If you fly into Colorado Springs, this is up to you! Our Friday Welcome Party is a 15-minute drive from the resort, however, if you want to explore Colorado Springs, a car may be helpful!

What activities does the Cheyenne Mountain Resort offer?

Answer

Our resort has a golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, pool and hottub, spa services and many walking trails throughout the property!

Question

I've never been to Colorado before...any suggestions regarding the higher altitude?

Answer

We encourage all of our guests to stay well hydrated throughout the weekend. This tends to help symptoms related to the higher elevation and altitude sickness.
