Spring of 2008 I was working for the city of Gallatin Parks Dept looking for a softball team to play on. My buddy Seth Terrell took me to Moss Wright Park where the team i joined was co-ed & coached by none other than the star of this show Candrice. She was very nice and sweet I must have played good enough because she invited me back the next week. While we were good friends, things were not going well for me Nov 2010. I decided to move back to WA for a few months but Candy texted to ask me out by that time she was too late. I was leaving in a few days so we dated for 3 days. Kept on for a month but as we all know long distance dont work FLASH FWD 3/4 yrs I finally got back to TN in the summer of 2014 after being back a short time I got back on the same team and even though we had not worked out it was not awkward the same chemistry was still there. But no romantic connection at that time as she was dating some douche bag. FLASH FWD Nov 2014 I got a text from Candy asking me out of course I said yes. So we went to BWW for our first offical date of course it stoked a fire that was already burning for her. Our chemistry was and is so very strong! Friends knew it would happen. So a few months later, while out with friends Ben Gamble & I came up with a plan to propose to Candy that involved a scrimmage softball game at Moss Wright Park. It actually took a couple more yrs but finally on 3/14/19 i finally bought the ring instead of a softball game I made a picture book and infront of Family & Friends I popped the ? at BWW the place we went for our first date. Which for me was just another amazing story in what has been a whirlwind of love and jokes (mostly mine) but she gets her jabs in. I have never felt love like this and this Oct Ill be making her my prisoner uhh i mean wife! I hope you all can join us at Moss Wright Park on Oct 5 2019 when we make it offical and are joined in holy matrimony in the eyes of god and thats our story God Bless ... Thanks Jon Thiele
I met Jon in 2008 while coaching coed softball team. While going through a rough time myself I was wrapped up in myself and what was going on outside the ballfield. I did notice Jon was always having a good time and laughing. I was constantly hearing people say they thought Jon & I were a couple. In 11/2010 after a long 2 yrs & a kick in the butt from my mom to get up dust myself off and start over. I reached out to Jon and asked him out but it was short lived cuz he moved back to WA. Although he kept telling me it was only for a few months. I wasn’t very trusting at that time and ended it. Then in 8/2014 I found out Jon had moved back but I was in a relationship. So I kept it friendly invited Jon to come back on the softball team. Instantly friends were predicting Jon & I would reconnect. In 11/2014 after my relationship ended badly in oct I reached out to Jon again & asked him out. We have been attached at the hips ever since. I have never in my life trusted someone the way I trust him. He puts me first before all else & I never had that before. He quickly became my best friend and someone I knew I wouldn’t want to live without. I put up with his crazy & he puts up with mine too. He knows when to put me in my place and vise versa. I couldnt wait for him to ask me to marry him offically we had talked about it so much I was even losing hope. I was busy planning Jons birthday to get all his friends together & he was busy trying to get our family together and on his birthday 3/14/19. He had me ready a book of our life together and then he finally asked me to marry him offically and I am ready to say I DO but would really like to share our day with you. Please Join us for a ceremony only a ballplayer would love on 10/5/19 at Moss Wright Park where we first met and a party following at the Maples Clubhouse full of family and friends to share our love. We are keeping it simple just leave your judgy pants at home and come as you are
