Transportation to Wedding Site

We'd love for our guests to join us on a party bus to and from the reception venue! As there is little to no cell service in the park, if you get lost or are late you may miss it! Traveling together will ensure everyone gets to the right spot on time. Please park at The Good House, and we will transport everyone to Joshua Tree for the ceremony, then back to The Good House for drinks and dinner. It's about 45 minutes from The Good House to Joshua Tree, and we will be leaving The Good House at 2pm to get to the park by 3pm. Though you can certainly meet us in Joshua Tree if you prefer! The fee for private vehicles to get into the park is $30, and can be purchased online ahead of time here: https://www.nps.gov/jotr/planyourvisit/fees.htm. Alternatively you can pay in person at the areas listed below: West Entrance Station (near the town of Joshua Tree) - debit or credit cards only Joshua Tree Visitor Center - cash or card
Ceremony

Please note this will be a non traditional wedding! We'll be standing in the dusty dirt, so we'd recommend no open toed shoes, and no heels. If your look is not complete without a heel, bring a second pair to change into for dinner! The ceremony won't be long, but if you'd like a chair, please bring your own chair. Joshua Tree can be chilly in March, so please plan accordingly. Champagne toast after to celebrate! Also there is NO CELL SERVICE in the park. To make sure you make it to the right spot, go old fashioned and print out a map!
