On one fateful December night in the depths of the Orlando suburb of Dr. Phillips a young couple locked eyes from across the Roccos Tacos square. The spark in their eyes was impossible to mistake. Their names were Sir Jonathan Koto and Madam Andrea Guarin Plata. "Come Hither", said Andrea and Jonathan heeded the call without delay. The townspeople were intrigued and bothersome, so the young couple retreated to a quiet spot in the back of the banquet. After exchanging pleasantries, the couple moved to the wharf of Sand Lake where they danced and laughed the night away. When the time came to retire, Jonathan asked "How can I find you again?". Andrea responded with, "If destiny decides, we will meet again". She then rode off on her steed into the distance leaving Jonathan alone with his horse "Uber". The next morning, Jonathan walked into his place of work where, lo and behold, Andrea is waiting for him! They reminisced and laughed about the previous night's banquet all day (and didn't get much work done). Years later, the couple is betrothed and is more in love each day.
