The best airport to fly into is Santa Ana (SNA) or Orange County. We are about 10 minutes from the airport and there are a variety of beautiful places to stay nearby. You can also fly into Los Angeles Airport (LAX) but depending on traffic, thats about one hour and twenty minutes away. Uber and Lyft are a great option down here. They are plentiful easy to get.

This hotel is near the water and is super cool. They have a great rooftop bar and the rooms are stylish and chic. It's right next to Newport Beach's Lido area which has great shopping and restaurants. This hotel also has a great bar and a couple restaurants. This hotel is 3.3 miles from our house and about 12 minutes driving. $$$$$

Balboa Bay resort is right on the water in Newport Beach harbor. It is a stunning property right on Pacific Coast Highway. They have a restaurant and a couple bars plus a Drybar. This hotel is 4.3 miles from our house and about 15 minutes driving. $$$$

This is the closest hotel to our house and its priced really well. It's close by the airport and close to some breweries and restaurants. This hotel is about 1.5 miles and about 5 minutes from our house. $$
