Is there lodging available at the venue?

Answer

There is no on-site lodging available at the venue. However, Northern Quest Casino & Resort owns the venue and is about 30 minutes away. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue for wedding guests, as well as free shuttles to and from the airport. We’ll also be greeting everyone there the night before the wedding! If you’d prefer to stay closer to the venue, there are additional lodging options available - please see the Travel page for more details.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party. We hope you understand, and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to relax, celebrate, and have fun with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve worked hard to create an intimate guest list, so unless your invitation specifically mentions a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The celebration will be cocktail attire. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather, as the reception will be under a tent outdoors. Please avoid wearing the color Dusty Blue!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park (if driving yourself), find a seat, and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Kalispel, so once you arrive, you’re set for the evening.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guests staying at Northern Quest Casino & Resort can enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. If you’re not staying there, we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or arranging a ride if you’ll be enjoying a drink - safety first!

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?

Answer

Early September in Spokane can still be warm (90’s) and cooler at night - however the weather always likes to surprise us so make sure to keep an eye on it as it gets close and be prepared for rain or sun!

Is parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the venue with about 200 spots. Please note that the country club will also be open to the public that day - parking is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving a little early to be safe.

What time does the celebration end?

Answer

Our reception will wrap up around 10 PM, but the celebration doesn’t stop there! We’ll be continuing the fun with an informal after-party at the lounges at Northern Quest - come join us if you’d like to keep the night going!
