Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

YUP! We will have shuttles available for all guests to and from the hotel to the venue. Shuttles will leave the Hyatt House at 4:30pm to the ceremony and depart back to the hotel at 11:00pm.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at the Hyatt House in Fishkill. Please see the detailed instructions under the Accommodations tab to book a room.

What is the Attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Who knows what the weather will be! We prioritize your comfort over formal wear - please dress appropriately for the heat.

When and Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony will be outside at the Links at Union Vale. The ceremony will start at 5:30PM.

Will we be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. Additionally, if the weather is nice we will have a few yard games to play.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yup! There will be an after party following the reception at the Hyatt House hotel until 1 AM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site if you choose to drive to the venue.

Will breakfast be available on Sunday?

Answer

Yes - there will be a continental breakfast available at the Hyatt House hotel on Sunday from 7AM - 10AM for all guests.

Regretfully, we will only be having children of immediate family at the wedding. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
