What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive about 30 minutes before the start time to find a seat and make yourself comfortable.

Are kids welcome?

Unless children are explicitly listed on your invitation, they should not attend the ceremony or the reception.

Unless your date is listed on your invitation, you shouldn't plan on bringing a date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a lot at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie attire is preferred. You may opt to wear a button-down/polo with slacks or a nice dress. Avoid blue and green as the wedding party will be wearing these colors.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

There will be a beef and chicken option for entrees. There is also a vegan option for those with dietary restrictions.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be covering the bar tab up to a certain amount after which the bar will switch to a cash bar. Please keep in mind that the bartenders only take cash (including tip).

Is the ceremony going to be inside or outside?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. The ceremony may move indoors if the weather isn’t suitable. We advise that you bring a jacket as early November is likely to be chilly.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

As of right now, we don’t have transportation planned for the event so you should plan to carpool with other guests that you may know.
