Many know the story of how Jonah & I met and it's definitely probably one of the most millennial things you'll ever hear. We met online when I had a burst of confidence and had the guts to message the cute guy that always posted shirtless gym pics on instagram "Are you from Bradford, I like to think I know a lot of people from around here but I've never seen you before". After some back and forth convos and many times of me avoiding him due to the "winter weather" we spent a couple hours one afternoon talking about everything and anything. While leaving, my car actually got stuck in the Grocery Stretcher parking lot and he had to push me out. Were my excuses really excuses to not meet up the first time? We may never know.

When we met and started spending time together in 2019, we really became attached at the hip. It didn't take long before "I love you's" and "do you wanna move in together"? We moved in together 3 months after dating and spent every living day together after that. Jonah went on a year long deployment in Africa at the end of 2020 where we tested the strength of our relationship every day. Somehow, even though we were 7,000 miles away from each other with a 7-8 hour time difference in-between us we still made time for our daily FaceTime's and texts. Jonah planned a surprise homecoming at the end of 2021 and again after that, we were joined at the hip again. Seven months later we were engaged on what was supposed to be a hiking trip but was just a secret curated plan to propose. Now the reason why you are all here.... We are getting married!!
