Transit from NYC

To get from NYC to the venue and hotels without a car, you can take the Metro North Railroad - Hudson Line from Grand Central Station. The Tarrytown station is closest to the hotels (about a 7 minute drive) while the Ossining station is closest to the venue (about a 10 minute drive). Trains leave from Grand Central every 30 minutes on the weekend and will take about an hour to reach Tarrytown/Ossining, give or take 10 minutes. It is a lovely train ride along the Hudson River. Be sure NOT to take an express train that will skip your stop. There are MTA agents at Grand Central who can tell you which train will stop at which station. Once you reach the Hudson Valley, it is easy to get around with Uber/Lyft. The drive from the hotels to the venue should take no more than 20 minutes.
