Buck Brook Alpacas, nestled atop one of Sullivan County’s highest peaks in the Western Catskill Mountains of New York, has been a labor of love for the McElroy family since its inception in 2013. Rooted in our passion for animals, our farm invites you to discover the enchanting world of alpacas. Feed them special grain, embark on a leisurely walking trek, or delve into the art of alpaca husbandry. Our charming on-site Farm Store showcases an array of handmade alpaca products, crafted from the fleece of our beloved herd. Beyond alpacas, our farm is home to llamas, sheep, goats, chickens, peacocks, and other delightful residents. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - Woodstock Museum
Some visit to relive the past and their journey to Woodstock. Others come to experience what it was like for the first time. As you step inside the exhibit you hear the echo of 450,000 chanting “no rain” and see the stories of those who were actually there. Through artifacts, films, music - and even a hippie bus - you will be inspired not only by what was the most prolific three-day festival in history, but by the ideals that still remain relevant today.
