Our Story
Jonah & Ambriegh first met during orientation for their Walmart jobs in Ammon, Idaho. They thought each other was cute but didn’t talk until months later. Once they started talking, it came naturally. Early on, and even now, they bonded over a “guess the song” game with hits from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
For their first date, Jonah took Ambriegh bowling and then on a picnic, where they shared childhood stories. Jonah mentioned his love for his Grandma Ronda’s house, sparking a spontaneous trip to Rose, Idaho to see it. After just one date, they knew they had something special.
Their relationship began unconventionally. After a month of dating, Ambriegh returned to BYU in Provo, Utah, making their relationship long-distance for most of the year. But "distance makes the heart grow fonder!"
After 3 years, Jonah finally proposed! With Ambriegh’s bubbly, extroverted energy & Jonah’s quiet, introverted nature, they’re the perfect balance of opposites. Love like theirs is rare & ever-growing.
