We made the difficult decision to cancel our ceremony in Washington. We will have a small local ceremony with only our parents present on July 11.

It all started June 2016 when Katie made the trip from Seattle to visit her friend Kari in Baltimore and go to the classiest event of the year, Firefly Music Festival. They were first introduced at Whiskey and Wine Wednesday at the Cardinal and then spent the weekend "hanging out" at Firefly all weekend. Katie loved his half-frozen-on-the-inside-burnt-on-the-outside burgers and love for Blink 182. Doller loved Katie’s need to push to the front of every show regardless of who was playing and that she was willing to skip the front row for Mac & Cheese lunches. They continued to "talk" all summer while Katie continued to live in Seattle. She had a big trip planned and invited him along to meet up casually in New Zealand -- and he bought the plane ticket and joined for 10 days of fun in an RV traveling around New Zealand. She visited him and he visited her until she made the move to Baltimore in January 2017 and the rest is history!
