Tempe Town Lake is a fun spot to enjoy the outdoors that we used to go to all the time when we lived in Tempe. You can take a walk by the water, rent bikes, or even rent a boat from Tempe Boat Rentals.

Just a few steps from the hotel, Pedal Haus is a good spot for great food and award-winning beer. We both love this place!

We met working at a Harkins Theaters, and it just so happens that the first Harkins ever build is right in the heart of Tempe! It's a cute movie theater and obviously holds sentimental value for us, so it absolutely had to be on the list.
