Getting to South Africa
From the US: direct flights to Cape Town with United and Delta or fly via Europe (Amsterdam or London) or via Dubai or Doha
From Europe: direct flights from London, Amsterdam, Paris and Frankfurt
We recommend arriving on Thursday at the latest and departing on Monday at the earliest. Thursday can be spent in Cape Town (please reach out to us directly for accommodation recommendations) and then we suggest spending Friday to Monday with us in the winelands at Boschendal.
Getting around Cape Town is extremely easy and affordable with Uber. Renting a car is also easy and affordable but please note that you drive on the left hand side of the road. We will arrange transport from Cape Town to the winelands on Friday morning. (Drive time around 45 mins to an hour)
A rental car in the winelands is useful however we will have provide organised transport to all events. There are free shuttles provided while staying at Boschendal.
