Mt. Philo State Park
This is a great hike (you can also drive to the top) with lake and mountain views, just a few miles from our place.
Shelburne Country Store
Eric and his sister went here as kids to buy 2 cent candies. Also, they have great cremees and Vermont gifts.
Waterfront Park
A park right on the lake in downtown Burlington with a board walk and restaurants nearby. There's a bike path that runs along the lake and right through this park.
Charlotte Town Link Trail
A nice, mostly flat, walking trail that runs through Charlotte, ending at Mt. Philo State Park.
